  • Please scratch lightly by coin to not remove some part of the printed username and password in card.
  • In case the username and password is missing or not clear or be familiar with alphabets/numbers.Please notice the numbers is bigger than alphabets.

  • The figure of alphabets are familiar to numbers such as
Number 0 (zero)
and Alphabet o
Notice number “0” (zero) is bigger than alphabet “o” and there is the oblique line.
Number 1 (One)
and Alphabet l
Notice number “1” (one) is bigger than alphabet “l” and number “1” (one) has the obvious head.

Notice number “5” (five) is bigger than alphabet “s” and tail of number “5” (five) is bigger than alphabet s.

Billing cycle: There are 8 billing cycles as follows:

1st Billing cycle: Day 2 of the month - Day 1 of the next month
2nd Billing cycle: Day 10 of the month - Day 9 of the next month
3rd Billing cycle: Day 13 of the month - Day 12 of the next month
4th Billing cycle: Day 16 of the month - Day 15 of the next month
5th Billing cycle: Day 19 of the month - Day 18 of the next month
6th Billing cycle: Day 22 of the month - Day 21 of the next month

  6. In case of changing password, Customers need to contact with customer service and will be chaged at THB 321 (Inclusive Vat)

  2. Select "Member Zone" item
  3. Type your username and password then click "Login"
  4. Select "Check Usage"

If you lost your original password, we regret to inform you that we do not keep records of customer passwords. In this instance, for monthly subscribers, we can reset your password for a charge of Bht 107 (charged on a forthcoming statement).

For Internet Kit customers, send Pay-in slip and changing password form to 0-2779-7111 Please inform us of your fax number so we can send you a Login name and Password Charging Form.

Upon receiving the form, please fill it in and fax it together with the required documents (Identity Card for personal use and Photocopy of Juristic Person or Photocopy of VAT Registration for corporate use) to 0-2779-7111. Your password will be changes within 1 hour after we received your completed fax.

  3. Select "Change Password" item
  4. Then type your "username" and "Password"
  5. Type "New Password" and type "Confirm new Password"
  6. Submit
  7. You can use your new password immediately after changing

E-mail Account Setup Manual on Microsoft Outlook 2007

  1. Start Microsoft Outlook 2007 by going to “Start” > “All Programs” > “Microsoft Outlook 2007” or click on the shortcut at the desktop.
  2. Go to “Tools” > “Account Settings…”
  3. System then shows the Account Settings’ window in the part of E-mail Accounts. Click on “New…”
  4. System then shows the Add New E-mail Account’s window, tick on the check box “Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP”, then click on “Next”
  5. System then shows the Choose E-mail Service’s window, tick on the check box “Internet E-mail”, then click on “Next”
  6. System then shows the Choose E-mail Service’s window. Fill in all settings, then click on “More Settings…”
     
    • Your Name :  your name you want to display in the From field in the recipient’s E-mail
    • E-mail Address : Your e-mail address you want to set up
    • Account Type :  POP3
    • Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.th.com
    • utgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.th.com
    • User Name:  Username that you use to log in your E-mail
    • Password:  Password that you use to log in your E-mail
  7. Select “Outgoing Server”, Then tick on the check box “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”. Select “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”. Then click on “OK”
  8. System then gets back to the previous window, check all settings and then click “Finish”.

 

E-mail Account Setup Manual on Microsoft Outlook 2003

  1. Start the Microsoft Outlook 2003 program by going to “Start” > “All Program” > “Microsoft Outlook 2003”  or click on the shortcut on the desktop.
     
  2. Go to “Tools” > “E-Mail Accounts…”.
  3. System then shows the E-Mail Accounts’ window. At the E-Mail, choose “Add a new e-mail account”. Then click on “Next”.
  4. System then shows the Server Type’s window, select “POP3”. Then click on “Next”.
  5. System then shows the Internet E-Mail Setting (POP3)’s window. Type all settings in the fields, then click on “Next”.

    • Your Name :  The name you want to display in the From field in the recipient’s E-mail
    • E-mail Address :  Your E-mail address
    • Incoming mail server : pop.th.com
    • Outgoing mail server : smtp.th.com
    • User Name :  The username that you use to log in your E-mail
    • Password :   The password that you use to log in your E-mail
  6. System then shows the finish setup’s window, click on “Finish”.


If you want to set the authentication not to allow other persons to use this account, please follow the instructions as below;

  1. Go to “Tools” > “E-mail Accounts…”.
  2. System then shows the E-mail Accounts’ window. At the E-Mail, select “View or change existing e-mail accounts”. Then click on “Next”.
  3. Select the E-mail Account you want to set, then click on “Change...”.
  4. Then click on “More Settings ...”.
  5. Go to the “Outgoing Server” tab, then tick at the check box “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”. Select “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”, then click on “OK”.
     

 

E-mail Account Setup Manual on MAC OS X Mail

  1. Start Mail program.
  2. If there is no E-mail account has been setting in the program before, system then shows the New Account’s window. Click on “Continue”.
  3. New Account’s window, in the part of the General Information. Type all settings in the fields, then click on “Continue”.

     
    • Account Type :  POP 
    • Account Description : The name you want to display in the From field in the recipient’s E-mail
    • Full Name :  Your full name
    • Email Address :  Your E-mail address
  4. System then shows the Incoming mail server’s window, then click on “Continue”.
     
    • Incoming mail server : pop.th.com
    • User Name :  The username that you use to log in your E-mail
    • Password : The password that you use to log in your E-mail
  5. System then shows the Outgoing mail server’s window. At the Outgoing mail server, select “smtp.th.com”. Type all settings in the fields and tick at the check box “Use Authentication”, type your username and password that you use to log in your E-mail. Then click on “Continue”.
  6. System then shows the Account Summary’s window, check all settings. Then click on “Continue”. In case you want to edit the settings, click on “Go Back”.
  7. System then shows the finish setup’s window, click on “Done” to end the process.

  
If you want to add more E-mail account in case there is E-mail account has been setting in the program before, please follow the instructions as below;

  1. Start the program, system then shows the main window. Go to “Mail” > “Preferences”.
  2. System then shows the Accounts’ window, click on the “+” icon to create a new account.
  3. Then follow the instructions in the 3rd  to 7th steps.


 

E-mail Account Setup Manual on Eudora 7.0.1

  1. Start Eudora by clicking on the shortcut on the desktop or go to  “Start” > “Program”
  2. If there is no E-mail account has been setting in the program before, system will show the window asking the question “Would you like it to be the default mail program?” If you do not want the program to ask this question again, tick at the check box “Don't ask me anymore”. If you want to set this program as the default mail program click on “Yes”, if not click on “No”.  

  3. System then shows the Introduction’s window to give the introduction about this program, click on “OK”
  4. System then shows the New Account Wizard’s window, click on “Next”.
  5. System then shows the Account Setting’s window, select “Create a brand new email account” then click on “Next”.
  6. System then shows the Personal Information, fill your name you want to display in the From field in the recipient’s E-mail in the “Your Name:” field. Then click on “Next”.
  7. System then shows the Email Address’ window, type your E-mail Address in the “E-mail Address:” field. Then click on “Next”.
  8. System then shows the User Name’s window, type your username that you use to log in your E-mail in the “User Name:”. Then click on “Next”.
  9. System then shows the Incoming Email Server, type “pop.th.com” in the “Incoming Server:” field and select type of server “POP”. Then click on “Next”.
  10.  System then shows the Outgoing Email Server, type “smtp.th.com” in the “Outgoing Server:” field. And tick at check box “Allow authentication” to allow the program authenticate the Outgoing Email Server when sending mail. Then click on “Next”.
  11.  System then shows the finish setup’s window, click on “Finish”.
  12. System then shows the alert’s window to inform that the Plug-ins of Junk mail have not been set up. To end the setup’s process click on “OK”, to pay now and enable the Plug-ins click on “Pay Now…” or to read more information click on “Tell Me More”.

If you want to set the authentication not to allow other persons to use this account, please follow the instructions as below;

  1. Go to menu “Tools” > “Options…” 
  2. System then shows the Options’ window, tick at the check box “Allow authentication”. Then click on “OK”.

 
 

E-mail Account Setup Manual on Windows Vista Mail

  1. Start the Windows Mail program by going to “Start” > “All Programs” > “Windows Mail”. Then go to “Tools” > “Accounts…”.
  2. System then shows the Internet Accounts’ window, click on “Add…”.
  3. System then shows the Select Account Type’s window, select "E-mail account" then click on “Next”.
  4. System then shows the Your Name’s window. Fill your name you want to display in the From field in the recipient’s E-mail in “Display Name” field, then click on “Next”. 
  5. System then shows the Internet E-mail Address’ window. Fill in your E-mail Address in the “E-mail Address:” field, then click on “Next”.
  6. System then shows the Set up e-mail servers’ window. Fill in all settings and uncheck the check box "Outgoing server requires authentication", then click on “Next”.
     
    • Incoming mail server type:  POP3
    • Incoming mail server:   pop.th.com
    • Outgoing mail server :   smtp.th.com
  7. System then shows the Internet Mail Logon’s window.  Fill your username and password that you use to log in your E-mail in the “E-mail username” and “Password” field, then click on “Next”.
  8. System then shows the finish setup’s window, then click on “Finish”.
  9. System then back to the Internet Accounts’ window, click on “Close” to finish the process.

 

E-mail Account Setup Manual  on Outlook Express 6.x

  1. Start Outlook or Outlook Express by going to “Start” > “All Programs” > “Outlook Express” or Click on the shortcut on the desktop.
  2. System then shows the program’s window, go to “Tools” > “Accounts…”
     
  3. System then shows Internet Accounts’ window, select “Mail”. Then click on “Add Button” > “Mail...”
  4. System then shows the Internet Connection Wizard’s window in the part of the Your Name. Fill your name you want to display in the From field in the recipient’s E-mail in the “Display Name” field. Then click on “Next”.
  5. System then shows the Internet E-mail Address’s window. Fill your E-Mail Address in the “E-mail Address” field, then click on “Next”.
  6. System then shows the E-mail Server Names’ window. Select “POP3” and fill all settings in the fields, then click on “Next”.
    • Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server : pop.th.com
    • Outgoing mail (SMTP) server :  smtp.th.com
  7. System then shows the Internet Mail Logon’s window. Fill your username and password that you use to log in your E-mail in the “Account name” and “Password” field. In case you want to log in without fill in your password each time, click on the check box “Remember password”. Then uncheck the check box “Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)”, then click on “Next”.
  8. System then shows the finish setup’s window. Click on “Finish” to end the basic setup’s process.
  9. System then shows the Internet Account’s window. The next step is to set the properties of your new E-mail account. Select your new E-mail account and click on “Properties”.
  10. System then shows the Properties’ window. Select the “General” tab, fill the name you want to refer to this E-mail account in the “Mail Account” field and fill other information about this E-mail account.
  11. Select “Servers” tab, tick the check box “My server requires authentication”. Then click on “OK” to finish setting the properties.

 

E-mail Account Setup Manual on Mozilla Thunderbird

  1. Start Mozilla Thunderbird by click on the shortcut on the desktop or Go to “Start” > “Program” > “Mozilla Thunderbird” .
  2. If there is no E-mail account has been setting in the program before, system will show the Account Wizard’s window, in the part of New Account Setup. Select “Email account”, then click on “Next”.
  3. System then shows the Identity’s window. Fill your name you want to display in the From field in the recipient’s E-mail in the “Your Name:” field. And fill your E-mail Address in the “E-mail Address:” field, then click on “Next”.
  4. System then shows the Server Information’s window, select “POP” and fill all settings in the fields, then click on “Next”.

    • Incoming Server : pop.th.com
    • Outgoing Server : smtp.th.com
  5. System then shows the User Names’ window, fill your username that you use to log in your E-mail in the “Incoming User Name” field and the “Outgoing User Name” field (those two fields are  typically the same) , then click on “Next”. 
  6. System then shows the Account Name’s window, fill your name you want to refer to this account in the “Account Name” field, then click on “Next”.
  7. System then shows the finish setup’s window. Check all setting, then  click on “Finish” to end the setup’s process.

If you want to set the authentication to not allow other persons to use this account, please follow the instructions as below;

  1. Open the Inbox of the Mozilla Thunderbird Program, go to “Tools” > “Account Settings…”. 
  2. System then shows the Acount Settings’ window. Select “Outgoing Server (SMTP)” and select the E-mail you want to set up, then click on “Edit...”.

  3. System then shows the SMTP Server’s window, tick at the check box “Use name and password”. System then displays your user name automatically, then click on “OK”.
  4. Click on “OK” to finish the setting.
