If you lost your original password, we regret to inform you that we do not keep records of customer passwords. In this instance, for monthly subscribers, we can reset your password for a charge of Bht 107 (charged on a forthcoming statement).
For Internet Kit customers, send Pay-in slip and changing password form to 0-2779-7111 Please inform us of your fax number so we can send you a Login name and Password Charging Form.
Upon receiving the form, please fill it in and fax it together with the required documents (Identity Card for personal use and Photocopy of Juristic Person or Photocopy of VAT Registration for corporate use) to 0-2779-7111. Your password will be changes within 1 hour after we received your completed fax.
